To download the remote access app:

1) Click this link to download app: CLICK HERE

2) Please open the downloaded app

(click the "TeamViewerQS_en.exe" download, or click "RUN")

3) Send me "YOUR ID" and "PASSWORD" (marked in yellow/red below)

Note: Once you close/exit this app no one will be able to access your pc, its one time use and only active while you have the app open.
